Registration forms will only be accepted by mail, not in person. If the number of registrants for the retreat exceeds the available space, registration will be accepted on a first come first serve basis, based on the postmark date. There is also the possibility of a cap on the number of two person rooms available.
The lodging cost covers the services provided by Aspen Grove and varies depending on the number of people sharing a room. It includes lights lodging (Weds, Thurs, & Fri) meals (afternoon break Wednesday through lunch Sat ) and use of the main sewing room $50 of the lodging fee is due as a deposit at time of registration and is refundable before Sept. 1, 2008. This deposit is non-refundable after Sept 1, 2008, but is transferable if someone takes your place; the remainder of the lodging fee can still be refunded if notice is given prior to the deadline.
The retreat fee of $8 is due with your registration and in non refundable. This covers mailing patterns, and other costs. There is no charge for any of the classes, but class kits are sometimes available for purchase. Please remember to be courteous to others and wear headphones if listening to music Also, please do not bring an extra side table, we do not have room.
