I got all my SISTERS with me.
* The cost will be $80/person higher than last year because the room charge, the electrical/microphone, the sewing room, meals, etc cost more in our contract. The cost is still a really good deal compared to any other resort retreat out there.
* The registration form will be available in the March Patchwords.
* Be sure your membership is current.
* You may register IN PERSON March 20th at the Service Guild Meeting. Bring your form and at least 50% of payment.
* Or MAIL the form and at least 50% of payment in before March 25th. You may mail your registration as soon as you receive your March newsletter. All mail ins will be opened beginning on March 25.
If you register in March, you will get in!

**CORRECTION re TUESDAY night**
Your retreat fees include 3 nights lodging (Wed, Thurs, Fri).
Many people choose to stay at the hotel on Tuesday night as well and pay a room fee for that night (split between roommates).

Under arrival date - the form incorrectly states that a Tuesday arrival will cost approximately $233 per room.
They will charge us our retreat rate. The amount depends on how many people per room, but is closer to $150-$160. This includes the taxes and resort fee.
Prices for 2024 Retreat
1 Person in a Room: $780
2 Person in a Room: $540 each
3 Person in a Room: $470 each
4 Person in a Room: $430 each
We will be having our 2024 retreat at Zermatt again. However we could only have a contract if we attend the week before Thanksgiving.
Due to Zermatt's payment schedule, money will be due sooner.
Half of the cost needs to be sent with your registration. The other half will be due July 1st.
Remember:
NO pistachios, NO rosemary, NO scented lotions or soaps.

Fall Retreat Reminders
* Make sure your membership is current!
* Sorry, no babies or small children.
* Bring your own projects and sewing supplies. No large irons allowed at your personal place. You may want a seat cushion and a lamp. Ironing and cutting stations will be setup for you to use.
* Dress in layers. The temperature in the Bernese Center is uneven, sometimes hot and some times cold. Control the temperature with your clothing. A jacket is recommended.
* Please don’t wear perfume and be mindful of scented spray starch. NO PISTACHIOS or ROSEMARY
* A credit card on file is required at check in. Don’t use a debit card as it ties up your funds.
* Bring Secret Sister gifts if you are participating. (3 gifts)
Bernese Center Retreat Schedule: 6AM - 12PM (you may stay later than midnight) Room check in is after 3PM.
The cost is approx ?? ($140 was previous price) (per room) to stay in the hotel Tuesday night or other additional nights. Trish will arrange your Tuesday night stay with the hotel and the hotel will charge you when you checkout. If you arrange to arrive on Tuesday, you may setup at ? PM.
The retreat officially starts Wed 10 am and ends Sat at 2 pm, although you may arrive before 10 am on Wed.
