November 11-14, 2026
Quilting Queens!
* Location: Zermatt in Midway, Utah
* Registration form and table layout available in the March Patchwords and on this website page - waiver page must also be completed.
*UVQG Membership must be current at time of registration and through the end of the retreat.
* Registration will open at the guild Service Day on March 18th and close at 120 registrations or on March 31st, whichever happens first. [Registrations can be mailed on March 19th.]
*Those who bring the registration to service day will be given priority on table assignments.
*Half your payment is due at time of registration. The remainder is due July 1, 2026.
*No Secret Sister this year. We will still have the 'for sale' and 'free' tables.
*If you are coming on Tuesday, you MUST indicate on form and have Trish make the arrangements with the hotel.
*Life happens, if you are unable to attend after you have paid, please work with Trish directly as soon as possible.
*We have fun gifts and an activity planned for you. It will be here before we know it so start making plans and we will see you soon.

AUGUST 2026 REMINDERS:
Plans are progressing as expected but I need to remind you of a few items:
● If you are having life challenges and need to cancel, please notify Trish or Marilyn as soon as possible.
● If you are coming on Tuesday, or need special accommodations, please contact Trish who will make the arrangements with the Zermatt.
● If you are going home early, Friday morning, midday or afternoon, please let us know prior to the retreat.
● Bring a credit card, not a debit card for room incidentals.
● If ANYONE has any quilts kits that they are NOT GOING to make we would love to add that to our door prizes. Please contact Trish or Marilyn before the retreat. We will be glad to come and pick it up.
● No large irons at your sewing station.
● We will have a FREE table for you to put your items on.
● There will be tables for vendors, that is you, your table mates, possibly some family members! Please bring items you would like to sell, label and mark them appropriately.
● We are NOT doing Secret Sisters! You may want to bring a gift for your table mates, purchase something from the vendors, and give gifts to your other friends. OR you may want to treat yourself!
● If there is a Quilting technique you would like to demonstrate or know of someone who is attending the retreat that has a specific Quilting talent, please let us know.
● There will be door prizes, gifts, and giveaways! All for our Quilting Queens.

Fall Retreat Reminders
* Make sure your membership is current!
* Sorry, no babies or small children.
* Bring your own projects and sewing supplies. NO large irons allowed at your personal place. You may want a seat cushion and a lamp. Ironing and cutting stations will be setup for you to use.
* Dress in layers. The temperature in the Bernese Center is uneven, sometimes hot and some times cold. Control the temperature with your clothing. A jacket is recommended.
* Please don’t wear perfume and be mindful of scented spray starch. NO PISTACHIOS or ROSEMARY
* A credit card on file is required at check in. Don’t use a debit card as it ties up your funds.
Bernese Center Retreat Schedule: 6AM - 12PM (you may stay later than midnight) Room check in is after 3PM.
The cost is approx 165 (per room) to stay in the hotel Tuesday night or other additional nights (plus taxes and fees). Trish will arrange your Tuesday night stay with the hotel and the hotel will charge you when you checkout. If you arrange to arrive on Tuesday, you must let Trish know and she will arrange with hotel.
The retreat officially starts Wed 10 am and ends Sat at 2 pm, although you may arrive before 10 am on Wed.
